Campership applications will be reviewed by the administrative team and distributed on a needs basis in first-come, first-served orders until funding is exhausted.
The application process includes the following steps:
- Complete the online application. When completing the application, you will be asked if you are applying for a full scholarship (with a $50 registration fee) or a pay-what-you-can rate for camp.
- Complete a separate application per child, per week. The online application requires that you choose which camp and week you would like to attend, incorrect information can delay the process. You can see a full list of our camps and dates on our registration website. You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your application is received.
- Accept your scholarship. Once your application is reviewed by the administrator, you will receive an email with a scholarship award amount or denial of an application. You must reply to accept your scholarship award amount.
- Register for camp. After accepting the scholarship amount, you will receive an email with specific information for your camper’s scholarship. You must register your camper following the instructions to confirm the scholarship. The remaining balance for camp can be paid at the time of registration or using a payment plan. The full balance is due 30 days before the camp session begins.
