Last year, we offered Payment Plans* for Camp Warner Park, which was a welcome option for many camp families.  We are excited to now offer Payment Plans* for all 2019 camps! This includes Camp Warner Park, Camp Bells Bend Beaman, GROW Enrichment Camp, Nashville Sail Camp, Mountain Bike Camp, and Teen Leadership Adventure: Leaders in Training.

How does it work? A $50 deposit for each session is paid at the time of registration.  Additional payments of your choice can be made anytime up to 30 days before camp, and we send email reminders each month.  At 30 days before the camp session begins, the unpaid balance is due and is automatically charged to the card used at registration. We also send you an email reminder the day before, letting you know the charge is coming.

Full Payment Schedule:

• Session (June 3-7, 2019): Due May 4
• Session (June 10-14, 2019): Due May 11
• Session (June 17-21, 2019): Due May 18
• Session (June 24-28, 2019): Due May 25
• Session (July 1-5, 2019): Due June 1
• Session (July 8-12, 2019): Due June 8
• Session (July 15-19, 2019): Due June 15
• Session (July 22-26, 2019): Due June 22
• Session (July 29-Aug 2, 2019): Due June 29
• Session (Aug 5-9, 2019): Due July 6

How to Make a Payment:

To make a payment login to your account and choose “My Account” from the menu then “Payments” and “Make Payment”

No codes are needed, simply choose the Payment Plan option at checkout. You can also mix and match with payments, paying a session in full to take advantage of discounts and spreading out another over several months. We hope this option makes paying for camp a little easier for 2019.
